What is Tadalafil?
Tadalafil tablets for erectile dysfunction are part of a class of medicines known as phosphodiesterase inhibitors. Have you heard of Tadalafil? It’s the drug found in Cialis, also known as the weekend pill. Tadalafil tablets can be used to treat Erectile Dysfunction (or male impotence) in men. It is sometimes referred to as “ED” in short.
Erectile Dysfunction refers to a condition in which a man has difficulty obtaining or maintaining an erection that is sufficient for sexual performance.
Who is Tadalafil used for?
Tadalafil is for men over 18 who have erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil may not be for you if you don’t have erectile disorder. Tadalafil won’t help you.
You do not need to have symptoms of erectile disorder.
Get an instant erection
Enjoy a night of uninterrupted erection
You can increase your sexual desire and/or your performance
Do not preemptively ejaculate
How to Take Tadalafil
Tadalafil is available in four strengths. It is important to know what each strength does. They can all help with erectile dysfunction in various ways.
Tadalafil (Tadaflo 20mg and Tastylia) should both be taken 30 minutes prior to anticipated sex. You should take it on an empty stomach, as heavy meals can delay the action. A single tablet can usually last for 36 hours.
Tadalafil 2.5mg or 5mg should both be taken each day. Tadalafil should be taken daily so you can have sex whenever it suits you. This allows you to be spontaneous, which means you can plan less for your partner and you will have more fun. One tablet is the usual dosage. You should take it on an empty stomach, as heavy meals can delay the action.
Tadalafil starts at 10 mg. However, this can vary depending on the result. If the erection is not satisfactory, 20mg may be necessary. Side effects can increase with increasing doses. It is important that you choose the right dosage to achieve and maintain an effective erection. The 5mg daily tablet is so popular because it doesn’t increase the time for the drug to kick in.
What is the working principle of Tadalafil tablets?
To achieve a good erection for sexual activity, blood must flow to the penis. This happens normally when you are sexually stimulated. This may not occur if you have erectile dysfunction. You may not be able to get an erection long enough or hard enough to allow for sex. The tablet relaxes the blood vessels in the penis, which allows blood to flow more easily. This could result in a more prolonged and harder erection.
Can I take Tadalafil every single day?
Tadalafil 5mg and Sildenafil(Cenforce 200) can be taken daily. However, we recommend that you only take the 10mg/20mg tablets approximately three to four days per week. You can use Tadalafil tablets 5mg if you require it more often than 3-4 times per semaine.
What is the effectiveness of Tadalafil
Although most users of Tadalafil will experience improvements in sexual performance, not all men who use it will notice an improvement. About 80% of men will notice improvements. There are many reasons for ED, and not all of them are physiological. Sometimes, the problem can be caused by medication. Other times it could be psychological. Although Tadalafil may not be the first option for patients, patients find it to be the most effective.
Sometimes, a change in the dose is necessary. After a brief discussion, our pharmacist will be able to recommend alternative doses or a change of dose if needed.
What side effects can I expect from Tadalafil
These side effects are common with Tadalafil:
These side effects are more common in 1 in 100 patients. You can find more information in the Tadalafil patient info leaflet.
Tadalafil and Nitrates
This is a common problem. You should not combine nitrates with Tadalafil. According to Tadalafil manufacturers, nitrates should not be taken together. Isosorbide Mononitrate and Nicorandil are three common nitrates that are commonly used to treat angina. Poppers, a recreational drug, also contains nitrates. For patients who are nitrate-dependent, our pharmacist can’t prescribe Tadalafil.
Tadalafil and Alpha-blockers
Alpha-blockers, a group of drugs that treat high blood pressure (hypertension), and an enlarged prostatic area (or BPH) are known. Although these drugs can be combined, we recommend that you use them with caution. Alpha-blockers and Tadalafil can cause a drop in blood pressure. This can make you dizzy and possibly off-balance. Travelpharm recommends that you speak to your doctor about Tadalafil or alpha-blockers being used together.
Tadalafil is available for everyone.
Women of any age, and men under 18 years old.
Patients who are allergic or prone to an allergic reaction to Tadalafil and similar drugs such as Sildenafil(Aurogra 100) should not use Tadalafil.
As mentioned previously, Tadalafil containing nitrates should be avoided. Patients who are not advised by their doctor to use Tadalafil should also be avoided. These patients are more likely to have unstable angina or severe cardiac problems.
Patients with non-arteritic optic neuropathy (NAION) or a loss in vision due to Tadalafil are not advised to take Tadalafil.
These patients have cardiovascular disease and were not part of clinical trials. Tadalafil use is therefore prohibited for them.
Patients who have suffered a myocardial injury in the past 90 days.
Patients with angina unstable or angina that occurs during sexual intercourse
Patients with New York Heart Association Class 2 and greater heart failure within the past 6 months.
Patients with uncontrolled arrhythmias, hypotension (0/50mmHg) or uncontrolled hypertension
Patients who have suffered a stroke in the past 6 months.
What is the cost of Tadalafil? Is it more expensive than Cialis?
Our prices are among the lowest at any UK online pharmacy. Tadalafil purchased from us is probably the most affordable option. The price of Tadalafil is much lower than that of the Cialis brand equivalent. Because the patent Lilly held for this drug expired in 2016, anyone can make this ED treatment. The product may be cheaper but it does not necessarily mean that it is less effective or has a lower quality. We have an excellent article about the differences between generics and branded medicines that you might find interesting. Travelpharm supplies only approved medicines that have been licensed for the conditions they treat.Prices as of August 2020: Above-average
If Tadalafil isn’t right for you, there are other options.
Sometimes Tadalafil might not be the best treatment for your ED. There are many other medications you can try. These are:
Vardenafil also known as Levitra
Spedra, also known as Avanafil , is a medication that can be used to treat ED caused by diabetes type 1 or 2.
Sildenafil also known as Viagra
You may consider a medical aid if you are unable to receive treatment with medication. This is called a “penis pump”, which draws blood from your penis.
